Zumba in Essendon

Getting fit is sometimes the most gruelling task you have to complete, so why not add a bit of 'pizzazz' and join the Zumba fitness movement?

There are many local gyms and halls near you with their own qualified Zumba fitness instructors, but for those living in Essendon, you're in luck, because you will find an excellent one by the name of Tara McGie.

With her bubbly and welcoming personality (and the uncanny ability to remember everyone's names) you are guaranteed to enjoy your weekly exercise while dancing away to various routines that include burlesque, and cha-cha. The atmosphere is light and fun, and since not everyone is expected to know all the moves, you can relax and not worry about making a fool of yourself!

Session times are 6:30-7:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9:30-10:30 am on Saturdays at St John's Uniting Church. For casual members it is $12 per session, and a membership card (for 10 sessions) costs $100, or $80 if you're a student.
