Dance your way back into shape at home or in a class
The Zumba dance fitness craze grew out of a tradition of energetic, upbeat Latin music and dance. Zumba will always bring a smile to your face, and make you sweat! So when you find winter's cold nights less than enticing, don't despair! This winter, avoid putting on (or begin shedding) "those winter pounds". Bring the Zumba exercise party to your home! There are any number of options for bringing an exciting Zumba exercise dance routine into your dull winter nights or days!

Youtube has any number of exciting offerings. You can do your own search for exactly what you're looking for. If you're brand new to Zumba you might want to start with this 15 minute guide with an instructor who talks you through each move, or if you feel you're ready to get on with a workout but you're still a beginner you might try this 20 minute workout for beginners step by step class.
If you prefer to put together your own workout you can find any number of dances that are a few minutes each, and piece together what you feel like! Try something like Zumba Ivan Monterrey, or this cheerful guy Axé "Onda Onda"! But don't be restricted to my recommendations. Go find your own favourites!
