Zoe's Greek Restaurant boasts nothing but authenticity. The mezze platter is an entree plate filled with kalamata olives, fetta, Greek salad, pickled octopus, sun-dried tomatoes and five types of Greek dips.
These include tzatziki (garlic, yoghurt and cucumber), hommus, tarama (pureed fish egg), eggplant dip, and skordalia (made of pureed bean and garlic).
The dips are accompanied by a side of lightly toasted pita bread. It is hardly an entree, but the Greek's are known to do everything on a larger scale. It's definitely worth the money and certainly worth the lingering garlic breath afterwards.
