Young artists showcase their work at Zine Fair
Children can be the most creative souls; they see the World in a different way from adults and through their vision, they inspire others to do the same. The Zine Fair is a chance for everyone to come along and purchase some of the amazing original art work young artists have made.
ArtPlay is a venue which encourages children from babies to 12-year olds to explore their creativity and develop it from the knowledge and assistance of experienced professional artists. Each year, they have approximately 300 workshops, consisting of short and long periods depending on the age of the child. The artwork developed reflects Melbourne's diversity in culture and nature. Parents can drop in and see what is available or book their child for an interesting workshop.

Being a member of this group gives you the opportunity to be involved in the planning of exhibitions, workshops and projects.
The Emerging Writer's Festival is a festival for writers. It is currently being held at the State Library Victoria until 29th June 2018. A varied amount of workshops over a period of eleven days are being held.
All of Zine Fair's artwork has been created by young artists who have attended workshops at ArtPlay, Signal Curators, 100-Story Building and Kids Own Publishing.
Kids Own Publishing knows all children have a story to tell and through their workshops, their goal is to encourage the next generation authors and artists. Even pictures tell a thousand words to the young and can break down barriers for children with communication difficulties.
