I, like many others, enjoy hitting the pavement and going out to dinner as often as I can manage. And also, like many others, I find it is almost painfully difficult to find the right place for the current mood I'm carrying.

Zinc is a relaxed and leisurely restaurant; the laid-back atmosphere is inviting and calms you for a night in. The front doors are open wide, offering a breathable space in the front in combination with a closer quarter towards the back. This comes in handy no matter whom you're with or how many is in your party.

Upon entry, I felt very welcome with the warm greetings of the staff members. It's very important for restaurants to have helpful and approachable staff, and I definitely found it here. Being attentive and talkative, I felt all the more impressed with the quality of service they offered.

I found that during my visit, I was pulled into an intimate, slow haze of my warm surroundings; the style step up is modern and stylish, which is most likely the reason why it is so popular. The crowd that comes and goes is consistent and shows that this is definitely the place to be. With a clean and pretty presentation of the shop front and the casual and subtle lighting drawing you in, you feel comfortable in through the doors and feel as though you have an air of class surrounding you.

Fishing through the menu is always the hardest part; what to eat, what to drink, should I try something new? Even with all these questions tangling in my head, I was able to soak in the atmosphere around me and enjoy every step of my quest for my meal. I love my pasta, and ordering the Chicken fettuccini definitely satisfied that craving. With its creamy texture mixed with the subtle mushrooms and soft chicken, this dish was certainly one for the list of things you must try. I was most impressed with the very generous portions sizes I was given, and also with the very reasonable prices.

This restaurant is that little place you suggest to your friends that you convince them they must try out. And this is the suggestion I will give out; if you are looking for a small place where you feel like that sophisticated person you see in the fancy restaurants, Zinc is the place to go to. Zinc will leave you with a high-quality impression, one that cushions your seat, warms your cheeks and excites your taste buds.
