Come and experience the excitement of many vibrant cultures at the Zillmere Festival on Saturday 15th September 2018. Entry is FREE.
For the last 15 years, the proud community of Zillmere and surrounding suburbs have been coming together to celebrate the incredible cultural diversity found on Brisbane's North Side.
Held at O'Callaghan Park from 10am to 3pm, this festive community event features bustling market stalls, live music & dancing across two stages, interactive drum, dance and art workshops and fun activities for children.
One of the major highlights this year is the showcase of international food which will be priced at $5 or less! There is also a dedicated Children and Family Zone offering free activities including a bouncy castle, face painting and reptile show.
If you feel getting into the groove, head to the Interactive Dance Stage where you can learn dances from around the world or challenge your friends and family at the RACQ Multicultural Sport Zone.
You can conclude your visit at the inviting (and free) Chat and Chai space!
All are welcome to join in the celebrations of Zillmere's proud culturally diverse and creative community. It's sure to be a wonderful day out for all who attend!
