You can change your relationship with food with the integrative support of a dietitian and clinical psychologist in Zest Infusion's Mindful Eating Program. This six week program teaches you to cultivate mindfulness and, in doing so, alter your habitual responses to food simply by taking pause. The full cost for the six sessions of this life changing experience is $402 or $67 per session. However, with a referral from your doctor you will receive a Medicare refund of $32.15 per session (Full cost with doctor's referral is $209.10). The program's costs include all the course handouts and mindfulness meditation audios as well as some refreshing tea and coffee during the sessions.
