Cocktail enthusiasts are in for a treat, thanks to the meticulous curation of Zephyr's Mixologist, Jordan Rizk. The new Zephyr Signature Cocktail menu offers a refreshing and exotic lineup, with each drink telling a story of the Mediterranean's most sought-after summer destinations.

During my visit to Zephyr Sky Bar, I had the pleasure of indulging in two standout cocktails. The Fiesta Fresca delighted with its fruity, spiced, and citrusy notes. This concoction, featuring Croissant-infused Hennessy V.S, coffee-infused red Vermouth, Don Julio Blanco Tequila, cardamom tincture, fresh watermelon syrup, and fresh jalapeño, was a true celebration of flavours.

Equally impressive was the Delizia D'Amalfi, a nutty, citrusy, and sweet marvel. With Limoncello, Pistachio Orgeat, Grappa, sugarcane syrup, and fresh lemon juice, shaken and served in a dessert coupe with pistachio powder, it transported me to the sunny landscapes of the Amalfi Coast.
