Despite the name this delightful dish has absolutely nothing to do with steak but it certainly has a lot to do with tofu. And very tasty tofu at that. If you've tried tofu and were put off by a bland taste or if you've never tried it before and are intrigued by the underrated foodstuff, than this is a good dish to get you started. The bean curd is lovely and soft and the teriyaki sauce is sticky and sweet and makes for a very satisfying dish and it is served with a zingy little salad, miso and rice. All in all a delicious dinner.
