I met Roz Smith, Director of in 2012 at the My Heart Speak Conference for entrepreneurial Women with a Heart Centred business philosophy.


It was very inspiring to hear how Roz and her husband came to create such a beautiful range of natural cosmetics.

was born out of a need to help Roz's eldest daughter, Jenae.


In 2005, Roz's daughter began to suffer from teenage acne on her face. After a short time, the blemishes on Jenae's face became severe cystic acne. Roz told us in her Key Note speech how Jenae was in severe pain. It was a very emotional speech for Roz and for the ladies in the audience as we heard how the acne began to take it's toll on Jenae's self-confidence.


I think anyone who has been through puberty can certainly understand the painful experience of having a blemish and how it affects personal self-confidence. However, consider what it must have been like for this young woman of 15 years old to cope with such a severe reaction!

Roz and her husband wanted to help Jenae and under the direction of her dermatologist, they started to look closely at the ingredients in commercial treatments, makeup and skincare.

During this exploration, they learned about what is and is not healthy for our skin. As it was extremely difficult for them to avoid the ingredients that the dermatologist advised, they were determined to create a range of products that were safe and could be used as a solution for Jenae's severe condition.

It took four years of experimentation and testing to find a solution for Jenae.


In 2009, this need became which is now offered throughout Australia.

Their whole range is 100% Natural Mineral Makeup and Skin Care. Jenae was very happy and her self-confidence began to soar thanks to her parents working diligently to create products that are free from harsh ingredients and allowed her to look absolutely beautiful too.

While at the My Heart Speak Conference, Roz gave me a makeup makeover and I can personally say that the products are beautiful to wear and excellent for sensitive skin. I rarely wore makeup before meeting Roz due to the way that many of the foundations felt on my skin.
