Zanya's Cafe

A great weekender cafe in Sydney's South, with Mediterranean

The Breakfast Shakshuka was as it should be, tangy and savoury. The Chicken burger was also a juicy mouth-watering hit and the coffee kicked a punch. I ordered two. The Chai latte, sadly not the real deal, powder not leaves - tsk tsk!

Nevertheless, Zanya's is the new and much needed Kingsgrove local, a delightful, bright and bold cafe. The decor is urban warehouse meets greenhouse garden and is very chic and comfortable.

I was catching up with a friend and we wound up hiding out there lost in conversation for near 3 hours without being bothered by the staff who I must add were timely and efficient given the bustling crowds coming in and out around us.

No bookings, bills can be spilt, Kid-friendly, the menu is Mediterranean/middle Eastern fantastic, and staff seem to be all smiles thus far, therefore Zanya's will likely become a regular haunt/hiding hole for me.
