Pizza pasta pides – take your pick
You know when sometimes you just want a good feed (without overpriced serves), comfy seats, and somewhere you can linger without the serving staff whipping away the plates before you get to finish?

I was lucky, I discovered Zanetti Café on a lunch time hunt. It's slightly tucked away in an Ivanhoe arcade and there's plenty of seating. It's got an extensive food menu from salads including grilled tuna salad, Mediterranean spiced warm chicken, and Ceasar to a range of pasta risotto and pizza and specialty pides served with fries and salad.

I enjoyed the lemon pepper calamari on a bed of julienned carrots, cucumber and capsicum with rocket fetta and balsamic dressing. My friend had beef hamburger with bacon and cheese with fries and house made aioli.

Zanetti is also open for breakfast and dinner and there's a kids menu with mini margherita pizza, chicken strips and chips, spaghetti bolognese and fish and chips. Meals can be made gluten free if needed.
