Zarraffa's Coffee Drive Thru in Cleveland has only been open for a couple of weeks but word is getting out.

The drive thru is perfect for anyone wanting good coffee on the go. It's also great for parents who don't want the hassle of getting their kids out of the car or disturbing their babies when they're taking their nap. As a mother myself this is greatly appreciated and my drive thru experience was everything you want: quick and easy.



On my second visit to Zarraffa's Coffee, the queue at the drive thru was at least nine cars long. Having driven past this drive thru numerous times I know it isn't always this busy but it seems that coffee is in high demand after the morning school drop off.



I purchased my coffee from inside Zarraffa's Coffee shop. It was also busy but this was not a problem. Behind the counter there was plenty of staff. Customers both in the store and the drive thru didn't have to wait long to make or collect their orders. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly, and although it was busy, none of them were flustered. From a customer's point of view it looked like a well-oiled machine. Thank Goodness. I've often wondered what percentage of my life I have spent waiting for my coffee orders.



The shop itself was clean and well presented, with plenty of seating both inside and out. It lacked the cosy charm of some other coffee shops but this was to be expected considering its location.





There was a wide selection of cakes, slices and savoury dishes which looked very appealing. The large beverage menu was well displayed and all of the coffee options were clearly explained. I didn't realise there were so many ways you can have your coffee.





From inside the shop you can purchase a variety of freshly roasted beans from around the world and there's a lot of guidance to help find the right one for you.



Zarraffa's Coffee Drive Thru in Cleveland has my thumbs up. It provides the customer with lots of choice and the drive thru has just made my life a whole lot easier.
