What better way to enjoy the weekend with good friends, good views, good food and a glass of wine. To me this is the perfect combination of a great day out. I caught up with a couple of good friends last weekend up on the Sunshine Coast.
Relaxed and Friendly atmosphere
We found our way to Zachery's which boasts having "the best pizza on the Sunshine Coast". Zachery's is located on Gympie Terrace in Noosaville which overlooks the Noosa River which creates such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. It is away from the hustle of Hasting Street.

There is seating inside and outside but on a lovely day the decision to sit outside won hands down.
The menu had a good variety of tempting dishes including pizza, pasta, light snacks, salads and mains. They also serve wine, beer, cocktails and coffee.
We choose to share a couple of pizzas between the 3 of us. We wanted to find out if indeed the did have the best pizzas on the Sunshine Coast.
Our picks were the Moroccan Lamb (roast lamb, spinach, caramelised onion and hommus) Small - $22, Large - $25

Our other pizza was the Riviera which was loaded with prawns, smoked salmon, avocado, cherry tomatoes and bocconcini. (S - $23, L - $26)

Our glasses of wine were served when we ordered as you have to order up at the bar. So we sat back enjoyed the view and company while waiting for our pizzas to come.
A glass or two
We certainty enjoyed the pizza when it arrived. The wine, good friends and the view enhanced the whole experience.
Is Zachery's the best pizza place on the Sunshine Coast? For us, it was up there. You will have to come and decide for yourself.
They are open for lunch and dinner until late. Parking is street parking along the river. There is a lovely walking path across the road which goes the length of the river which is good to walk after such a delicious and satisfying meal.
