I have to admit, ice-cream is my weakness. Rarely a day goes by without indulging in my guilty pleasure. I remind myself that it's the simple pleasures that make life so enjoyable.

One of the best ice-cream shops is Yummo, located in Main St Mornington, conveniently located next to a little playground.



Making a decision on what flavour to get is always difficult, but with 37 flavours it's near impossible to choose just one. Did I mention the Cadbury chocolate coated waffle cones?
You really need to try them! They're amazing.



If you're unlike me, and don't like ice-cream all year round, then don't fear, my friends say Yummo serves the best hot chocolates in town. However you need to try the very famous pofferjes (baby pancakes with maple syrup, butter and icing sugar) with your hot chocolate.

As for coffee, they serve Red Hill Roast Coffee.



Yummo also specialise in home made chocolate freckles, made out of Cadbury chocolate. There are many giant freckles for sale and can be made to order if you want something in particular. They are great for Easter, if you like something a bit different than the traditional eggs. Prices range from $5 up to $20, I think they are great value.
