Must try oyster pancakes
Akiba is an Asian-inspired modern restaurant. It is creative, fun, funky and busy (but not too busy). It has great service with an enticing drinks menu, featuring boutique wines and craft beers, and an Asian fusion food menu to match.

Staff are well-trained, offer great advice and are helpful. You can order plates to share or just eat by yourself. Furthermore, on offer is a shared menu like" feed me eight or feed me nine" dishes. Dining alone, I sat at the bar and chatted about all things food and drinks with the friendly bar staff.

I started with a tin of Mew Brew Single Hop Tassie Craft beer, eagerly awaiting the appetiser of Peking duck dumplings. It was an impressive dish, really well made, and left me wanting more.

I highly recommend the Kobe Beef with teriyaki and black sesame -' Yum'!

I would also recommend trying the Kimchi & Oyster Pancake. It is a little bit different but enjoyable with a well balanced white wine.
