Don't let the last warm days dwindle away — go out and make the most of it with a Yogadventure at Manly.


Have you ever tried yoga on an SUP board? No? Well, dive right in with a morning session of paddleboard yoga. It's all about having fun, so don't worry if you've never done any yoga before — just take it easy. Experience is absolutely unnecessary — with all the wobbling about, everyone's a beginner!

Once you've got your sea legs, have a bit of fun playing around on the boards. There's no rule saying personal development has to be serious! There will also be a workshop on how to bring your bucket list into the now, rather than sometime in the future; there's no time like the present, after all. Learn how to connect with yourself and your surroundings with a bit of meditation, and finish off with a healthy morning tea.

This amazing, fun-filled workshop is brought to you by Alexa Nehter and Samantha Sutherland. Alexa is the author of The Clean Yogi, and has taught at various international surfing and yoga retreats, as well as at the Wanderlust Festival. Samantha runs regular events and retreats across Australia, and heads an online community for women, called The Everyday Adventure. She has also been featured on notable websites such as Huffington Post, Tiny Buddha, and Mind Body Green.


General admission for the day costs $67, and only $63 if you bring a friend along. You'll need to bring your swimmers, and board shorts for the yoga session, if it makes you more comfortable, a beach towel, and something comfortable to change into afterwards.
