Have you ever felt more than a little challenged trying to get certain things done, and projects managed and achieved? You may be floundering in procrastination and overwhelmed with deadlines, well, Ilse has something for you... How to manage your time and your project the Yogi way.
Ilse learnt how to manage projects the "corporate way" for many years and often found the greatest obstacles were not the strategies and techniques people were putting forward but rather their own emotional skills and attitudes that were their downfall.

In this one day workshop Ilse and fellow yoga teacher Jess Grills will inspire you with totally fresh approaches to managing your projects and your dally life. You may have made resolutions for this year, or you are working hard on a tough project at work, or you may have a dream that has been longing for some daylight…
Ilse speaks beautifully on the subjects of yogic philosophy and finds that, "yoga practice contains so much philosophy and lifestyle choices to support people in their project management - be they New Year resolutions, birthing your dream or handling a professional challenge."
In this workshop you will learn principles such as
"brahmacarya" - a method to get rid of limiting beliefs, and find the source of your infinite inspiration, and
"tapas" - a way to find the strength for discipline.
Ilse, Jess and Heidi Pamminger, an established naturopath, knowledgeable in Western herbalism, and Ayurvedic medicine (traditional Indian medicine), will be using several techniques: some vigorous yoga postures, some meditation, mantra's, some health ideas around diet and good foods that can help you on your path.
Altogether this will be an inspiring workshop to really get you off on the right foot and inspire you to be the best that you can be.
On Sunday 1st February 2015 in Wynnum, QLD from 8am – 4pm (tea break and vegetarian lunch included).
