Hooray for Namaste
Yoga Everyday yoga studio in Stafford is your hot friend with an easy laugh who always answers your calls; just try to be cool and maybe they won't notice how much you adore them. They are also adjacent to one of Brisbane's best coffee roasters (Elixir) so you can get a natural yoga high before you double down with a caffeinated one. More importantly, one thing sets this studio apart: a sense of humour. I'm not saying yogis are humourless but take a bottle of cola to most yoga classes and watch eyes bug OUT.
They've got the skillz but you wont pay the billz #heapscheapyoga
Yoga Everyday walks the perfect line between aspirational and approachable. The teachers are all funky fresh with an evident strong personal practice but equally devoted to the enthusiasm of their patrons. My class with Brendan showcased a teacher with enviable core control and mad handstand skills but more importantly the ability to translate body awareness into a series of movements to educate new practitioners. Yoga Everyday is ready to meet you wherever you are on the journey so you don't need to arrive fully formed in organic cotton, sipping a green juice. Roll up hungover with panda eyes and they'll help you clear some toxins regardless.
It's the little touches which make a great studio: the delicate copper pendants are perfect to contemplate in savasana
Here is the most amazing part: they are super cheap. This is because Yoga Everyday wants you to do yoga every day! Making the pricing accessible gets you in for one or two classes a week and soon you are hooked. They are prana pushers—energising the people of Brisbane with good vibes. Go and check out a class and they will give you a whole week free, just $20. You're welcome.
