Brisbane is rocking it out at the yoga party this year with interactive yoga asanas only at YDF 2018. Great music, good vibes, enjoy the company of like-minded people and feel the vibe when everyone comes together in a supportive uplifting way. Have some Fun Partner Yoga with someone who may not have tried it yet, or some Glow Yoga to shake things up from being too serious. Tribal Flow Yoga Dance Fusion to the healing vibrations of the Didgeridoo and drumming sounds energetically amazing, and you can get your pranayama i.e. Mindfulness & Breathing, allowing it to flow deep into your lungs and expanding every cell with life-giving energy.
The best Meditation & Kirtan bands will fill the air with love, peace and harmony, as you explore the deep truth and beauty of yoga philosophy at the Speakers Tent. Kids can enjoy yoga adventures, yoga dance, songs and yoga games and colour in a beautiful mandala and make their own meditation craft to take home. There'll be vegan/vego food galore that is delicious and nourishing, along with decadent treats. Come along and celebrate, learn more about yoga, and give heartfelt thanks for the light, joy and inner peace that yoga brings to personal lives and humanity at large.
