Start your morning with a FREE community yoga class at Civic Park, 571 Montague Road, Modbury, on Tuesday, 16 January 2024, starting at 8 am to 8.45 minutes.

This session will be inclusive to all ages and suit for any level. The yoga instructor will start the session with a gentle warm-up, then move into some balance and strength exercises, finishing up with relaxing yin postures.

Please bring your own towel or mat and a water bottle. Sunscreen will be provided. Book here .
