If life seems too busy, unbalanced or stressful, yoga can help you pause, realign and find some calm. The same could be said for brunch - what more leisurely way to start the day? So the ideal would be a combination of the two! And it's happening in Brisbane's CBD on Saturday 28 July, 8:30 to 11:30am.

Christiana from Just Breathe Soul at Newstead is joining with the Isles Lane Bar and Kitchen to guide you through an hour of yoga and meditation followed by a yummy, healthy brunch. You'll be sure to move through the rest of the day with calm and balance. Bring a yoga mat, jumper, socks and water bottle, and take home a goody bag!
