I am a world traveller & a mom of two, (8 & 6). I love to meet people, and am fascinated that there are 7 billion stories out there to be explored. I think Melbourne is the most happening city to live in with all the fun activities around town.

Now if you are new to the frozen yoghurt mania, do not be afraid to try. The process is simple: you choose the flavour you wish to try and get a sample mini-tub from the friendly staff. Once you have decided what you want, choose the cup size, and fill the yoghurt with one, two or as many flavours as you wish to purchase. Then head over to the toppings area, and choose as little or as many toppings as you like. In the end, you pay according to the weight of your cup (yoghurt and topping).
Process made simple and easy
The flavours change frequently enough for customers to want to return and try new ones. Besides, every experience will be different as you can mix and match different flavours with different toppings.
As for toppings, you can be as healthy as you like with all the delicious fruit toppings, or as naughty with all the candy toppings. You can also choose the nutty toppings or sauces. Just be careful with the weight of your cup, as that will determine how much you will have to pay.

Not happy with the service that I got at the pakenham yohurt factory. The girl was very rude she was on her mobile. And when I finished paying for the product she didn't put the lid on properly and I drop most of it on the bench I didn't ask if I want to top it up or put more of the filling that all fell.
We've been to YoYo Factory at different times of the day and evening during the past months. Their service is impeccable. The place is always clean. Almost always, it has a steady flow of customers. The flavours change at a frequent pace. We love it. It's healthy and yummy, so we can enjoy it guilt-free.
