Yesterday Today & Tomorrow – Exploring the History of the Hawthorn Town Hall

If you enjoy history and love getting immersed into bygone era, this event is for you. Starting 7 July and running until 26 August Hawthorn Town Hall is celebrating its 130th anniversary with the exhibition Yesterday Today and Tomorrow .

Town Hall door will open for local history lovers, for guests and visitors, for families, young people and all of us who enjoy getting to know our country's local history. 130 years is a lot by Australian standards and Hawthorn Town Hall has plenty to show for it.

There will be guided tours and interactive virtual tour, artefacts, photographs, plans and memorabilia from the years long gone to present times.

The exhibition is open seven days a week with opening ceremony taking place 7 July at 2 pm. The event will take place at Hawthorn Arts Centre, 360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn. The entry is free.
