I ventured to Yerecoin mostly to see wildflowers. Although July is early, I was hopeful that I may see some early blooms.
Yerecoin is part of Australia's Golden Outback. It is a small town with the most spectacular landscape views. Surprisingly, I did not find many photographers in this neck of the woods It is what I would call a photographer's dream.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a number of friendly staff members. Everything inside the store was perfectly arranged and immediately I felt right at home.
After ordering a coffee, I began to look around the store. To my utmost surprise, I found the quaintest of products which I have not seen in Perth. One could tell that every product was hand-picked and creatively displayed to entertain every customer.
A perfect place to enjoy a coffee (Photo Compliments of SocialHummingBird)
The coffee arrived promptly and I was further surprised to find that it was one of the best coffees I have tasted for some time. In fact, I would go to the length to say that the coffee was so good that I am willing to travel 1.5 hours just to have another cup.
We must have spent at least 45 minutes in the store enjoying a cup of coffee and purchasing a few gifts for family members. To date, this has been one of our longest visits to any store in Western Australia.
An Everlasting Experience (Photo Compliments of SocialHummingBird)
Yerecoin is a hidden treasure and it should make the shortlist of every wildflower fan and photographer. Seasonal changes bring a hue of colours which can easily be the palette to any photo. Personally, I am eager to return to see the budding blooms in full colour.
