Is Your Kid the Next Baz Luhrmann or Jane Campion?
If you live or study in the Yarraville area, are between five and 21 years old and have a penchant for film making, here's your chance to walk the red carpet and feature in Yarraville Festival's opening event, the Yarraville FlikFest.

Are you enticed by the idea of a thriller, haunted at the thought of a horror or inspired to create a documentary? The genre is open to your imagination, the medium completely up to you and there's some great film making prizes to be won, not to mention the accolade and acclaim of taking home FlikFest fame.

So what are you waiting for? Lights, camera, action! This is your chance to share your flair for film making with the world, bask in the glow of the limelight and be recognised as an up-and-coming filmmaker. Set your creativity free and submit your short film of 10 minutes or less, preferably featuring Yarraville in some way, by 5pm Thursday 5 February 2015.
