is a 30 acre site where Edwards & Coldstream West Roads meet in Coldstream.
As soon as you enter the long tree-lined drive to the on-site shop, you get a nice feeling.
On one side the paddocks are usually full of strawberry fields and the other side is an avenue of agapanthus. On a hot day, you can almost see the coolness.
It's not a large shop but the range of fresh fruit and vegetables is huge.
The only item grown on the property is strawberries. With regular crop rotation, top quality is assured.
Many of the other fruit and vegetables are sourced from local growers.
In keeping with the local theme, many of the non-fruit and vegetable items available come from the Yarra Valley. Yarra Valley Pasta, for example, is made in Healesville.
There are many gourmet products offered, all from local producers.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all their products.
One product that surprised me was Yarra Valley Tea. Yes, tea grown in the Yarra Valley, nowhere near China, India or Sri Lanka.
Many of the vegetables such as celery, silverbeet, carrots, cabbage, cauliflowers, spring onions etc. are kept in a refrigerated display to ensure lasting freshness.
A small range of cold drinks are available as is coffee and Pink Lady apple juice, a favourite of mine.
The range of melons, pineapples and cantaloupes are cut in half for convenience when buying for a fruit salad. The watermelons are cut into quarters because of their large size.
My last visit there resulted in being able to make a delicious eight ingredient fruit salad. I could have added another nine fruits but alas, my salad bowl was not big enough.
Near the entrance to the shop, a range of pot plants are available.
Their motto is "The best of the Yarra Valley under one roof." Perfectly correct.
