The Yabun Festival is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures that lays claim to being the biggest event of its kind anywhere in Australia. It's held annually on January 26 and 2015 will be the 13th event that has taken place.

The location for this festival is Victoria Park, next to Sydney University , in Camperdown. The site is part of the traditional lands of the Gadigal people.

Attend the event and you will enjoy a vibrant program of the arts, dance and music (in the past Archie Roach, Dan Sultan, and Jessica Mauboy have performed). A SpeakOut Tent will feature leading artists, authors, and thinkers, and there will also be demonstrations and works for sale.

This family-friendly festival attracts between 10,000 and 15,000 people annually and is being presented by Koori Radio 93.7FM 2LND.
