Ladies, did you know that dancing is an excellent form of therapy? It also helps reduce stress, improve self-confidence, and enhance mobility and muscle coordination.
These exciting new dance therapy classes are held in Wynnum and are so much fun! These unique classes have been specifically designed to help women of all ages come alive through the therapeutic power of dance. Set in the lovely Wynnum Municipal hall, you will instantly feel at ease with their beautiful polished wooden floors and heavenly sea breezes that float in through their big open doors. You will be greeted by the classes lovely teacher and who makes you feel at home right away.
These wonderful classes have been specifically designed for women who want to use dance as a form of therapy in order to help them release the stresses of their daily lives and reconnect with their passions and inner joy. This program is fantastic for anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, everyday stresses from work to family life, or who just want to bring more fun into their lives! Dancing uplifts us and helps us to get out of our minds and back into our bodies and most importantly, it helps to set ourselves free.

These classes are way more fun than going to the gym so why not try out your first class for only $5 and see how great they are for yourselves! Classes are held every Monday night from 6.15pm and their easy to follow steps and choreography are great for all ages and levels. Beginners don't be shy, this is a great place to come and try something new in a wonderfully nurturing environment. The music is fantastic and covers a wide range of styles from jazz, Bollywood, pop and salsa. Come on ladies, let's go together and start dancing! You will be so glad that you did.
