How do bistro type meals in a relaxed, family friendly, disabled accessible restaurant with fantastic food, modern decor, amazing service and a warm homely feel sound to you? Good?



It sounded great to me the first time i wandered into Wyndham Cache as well.

Upon entering the car park you will find plenty of car spaces including disabled parking spaces. Located just 7 minutes' drive from Werribee central and approximately 20 minutes from Melbourne city.

Wyndham Cache is just far enough away from the city to be peaceful but still close enough to civilisation for you to find plenty of things to do after a nice meal.

For example, just 10 minutes' drive down Diggers Rd you will find south beach&psj=1&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.&bvm=bv.97653015,d.dGY&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=X&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAWoVChMIhevYtN3ZxgIV4jKmCh24CgCf Werribee South Beach .

Prefer something more historic? Just a couple of minutes drive away is the historic Werribee Mansion and for the kids , just next door to the mansion is Werribee Open Range Zoo .

Inside Wyndham Cache you will find two things.
First is the Cache Gourmet Store which proudly stocks a range of gourmet veggies, fruit, poultry, herbs, sauces, spices and much more from the neighbouring and local farms and growers. They also stock a range of gorgeous handmade gift-ware



The next part of course is the fully staffed restaurant/cafe. Upon entering you will be greeted and shown to a table by friendly wait staff and you will be left to peruse the extensive and tasty menu at your leisure. Offering kids meals and some vegetarian options, there is plenty to choose from. From breakfast options such as Eggs Benedict, French Toast with Banana Ice Cream or Pancake Stack with plenty of extras to light meals such as Chicken, Mushroom and Bacon Pot Pie or Pumpkin Salad.



Feeling more hungry than peckish? Then sit down for a full meal. There are plenty of more filling meals to choose from, including Beer Battered Whiting with Salad and Chips, Classic Chicken Parma with Chips and Salad, Lamb Ribs with Coleslaw and Chat Potatoes, Squid Ink Pasta and even more.





The dining area is well laid out and cheerful, warm and clean and the walls are adorned with some beautiful photography of the local area on a modern and breathtaking display which is a credit to the photographer and the cache.



The staff are efficient and helpful. On my most recent visit for a meal, our waitress came to our table and asked if we needed anything. We said we were fine and she said she hoped we were enjoyed our food and day, she said she was finishing for the day and that " … name " would be looking after us now if we needed anything and have a lovely evening. This I found awesome and I would have to say that I have never experienced this type of professional behavior before. I found it an awesome and lovely touch! So polite, so nice.

I love dining and visiting Wyndham Cache and highly recommend it, whether for coffee or for a meal. Do pop in and say hello to the staff next time you are close by and while you are at it, relax with a hot cup of coffee or chocolate.
