Do you or your family fancy the beach but not the sand?

Love the beach but hate bringing home the sand?
Well, join the club and head to Wylie's Bath in Coogee.

For a small entrance fee you will get the best of both worlds and have access to bathrooms and the kiosk also, so grab yourself a coffee and sandwich and settle in for the day.

I am yet to find any other place this secluded from the typical beach crowds and the best part about it is like any beach, it is open 365 days of the year.

Even during our chillier months you will still find the odd sunbaker, swimmer or someone just like myself stopping with a book in hand a coffee from the Kiosk.

Wylie's is a great environment also for families, especially young children, as the waves (if any) are much calmer than than any beach. Just check on the tides for the safest times to swim there if taking your little one along. They are sure to love it!

Apart from the dose of Vitamin D giving you a healthy glow, Wylies also offer, through 3rd parties, morning yoga classes and a massage therapist.

Yoga runs Monday - Friday mornings and all levels welcome. For information and timetable click here.

Massage by The Sea offers a variety of techniques and although appointments are recommended, you may also find them free during weekends. For more details click here.

Now, as much as I wanted to keep my little haven called Wylie's a secret, I can't help but share this beautiful part of the world with you. There is something special about this place.

See for yourself!
