Time to re-kindle your childhood love of WWE at MCG
WWE is finally coming back to Australia and in a big way. The global powerhouse behind Monday Night RAW! and SmackDown! Live is bringing the entire roster to Melbourne in October for WWE Super Show-Down at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

This is a huge treat for us Aussie fans of pro-wrestling. Usually, we're lucky to get a house show locally once a year. For anyone who hasn't been to one, it's a load of fun to see the superstars in action up close, but it's nothing on the scale of what we see them do on TV or Pay Per View. But this time it's different, WWE's going all out for us.

The talent line up for Super Show-Down is HUGE! The first match announced is a headliner anywhere in the world - the legendary Undertaker returns to take on Triple H. They've done battle plenty of times over the years and it's always such a massive event. They may be older but if you've seen their encounters over the years, you know these two can still put on a show.
Former UFC Women Bantamweight Champion turned WWE Superstar "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey will also make the trip down under, as are other big names like Roman Reigns, John Cena, Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan.

Others already announced (and remember, the card is always subject to change) are AJ Styles, Shane McMahon, Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair, Daniel Bryan, The Miz, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss, Big Show and Bray Wyatt.

Those with some serious cash to splash even have the chase to meet some of the Superstars in person. Meet & Greet ticket packs have seats close to the ring, some freebies and a night with a WWE Legend and three Superstars. There will be a personal photo op, group Q&A sessions, and autographs sessions. Who exactly you get to meet - that's up to the WWE. It might be a favourite, or it might not. But either way, you get the meet those who put their bodies on the line to entertain you.

For those of us with long-term memories, the last time WWE put on a show this spectacular in Australia was in 2002 for Global Warning at Etihad Stadium in front of 56,743 screaming fans. Considering capacity for MCG is nearly double that, they've got their work cut out for them.

Be vocal - This ain't the ballet. Be loud and proud! Cheer for your favourites and boo the bad guys! But be respectful - pro-wrestling is hugely popular with young children these days, so don't start yelling out anything you wouldn't want your own kids to hear.
Make sure you have cash on you - These events are great opportunities to pick up some merchandise that's usually too expensive to ship over from the States. Don't come in expecting K-Mart-type bargains though, shirts can sell for up to $50 a pop.
Have fun! - perhaps most important of all. It's incredibly rare to have WWE willing to bring over its biggest names for an Australian show, so enjoy it because they may not come back in such a big way next time.
