Have some fun along the way as you participate in a worthy cause. A GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ official attempt, as long as you're over 18, calling all men and women, young and old. This event will be filmed from start line to finish line and streamed 'live'. There'll be plenty of photos, prizes and entertainment for everyone of all ages.

It ought to be hilariously funny, entertaining and out of the norm. The goal is to hold the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the largest amount of people running in high heels. The larger goal is to of course raise awareness and fundraise for young adults aged 18 to 40 living with cancer in Australia. Back in 2010, 967 people completed the race in Indiana, USA. Unfortunately, due to capacity, only 1500 participants can run, so it's first in best dressed.


Check in at 10am on the day (14 Feb 2016) at Catani Gardens
Race time will begin from 11:30am (subject to change)
All funds raised will go towards The Warwick Cancer Foundation . Fundraising is not mandatory, but will be much appreciated. Check out the website for lots of other details, rules and regulations.

Start practicing as you'll be running at least 100 meters and it will be in stiletto heels; not wedges or platforms, but the pointy heel (hell?). It's a family day of course, bring the kids! They will definitely want to see their parents, especially dad running in high heels. Dads, this is your day to shine, so heel up and dress to impress! It is a race, so there will be a winner. There'll also be a ceremony at the end of the event for the
