Yoga is beneficial to our body, mind and soul. Our everyday stresses from work, sedentary living, and working too hard take a toll on our bodies, creating muscle tension and loss of energy.
The official World Yoga Day on Tuesday 21st June will be celebrated at the Sydney Opera House. This will be a FREE community event commencing at 2pm on the Opera House Steps.
During this huge yoga class, there will be joyful vibes emanating through the crowd with rhythms from Yoga Master and musician Adam Whiting performing Kirtan music. You may even break into dance with Indian dancing while doing your Bahkti devotional yoga.
There will be thousands on the steps of Sydney Opera House doing their moves and encouraging all that this is a powerful energizing exercise, that also unites everyone in peace. The UNAA Peace Program will further demonstrate this message, with a release of white doves over the throng of yoga lovers.
Partake in this special event and demonstrate peace and harmony with the community. Be energized and enjoy this powerful occasion.
