Charge up your pacemaker and prepare yourself! World War Z is a thrill-ride of terrifying zombie action. The ever charismatic, Brad Pitt (Gerry Lane) takes you on a cardio workout around the world. Gerry Lane is reluctantly reinstated by the U.N and must fight to save his family and mankind against a manic spread of zombies.
Just when you thought you'd seen the best of the zombie films, Director Marc Forster's adaptation of the World War Z novel by Max Brooks, brings a refreshingly new feast of animatic horror. You haven't seen zombies multiply at this speed before; it's frightful. The helicopter scenes are wicked and original.
World War Z has depth. It's fast paced. The unexpected twists and turns keep you glued to the screen with abated breath. This is definitely not for the faint-hearted. Hard-core zombie fans will rise from the dead for this one.
Overall, World War Z is a lot of fun, impossible action and loads of palpitating horror. I'd even go as far to say a sequel could be well worth considering. Ten out of ten.
