Touring Victoria and South Australia, you'll hear the story of Grace, who was abducted into the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) at the age of 12. She endured the horrors of war and become a child bride to a leader of the LRA. Finally escaping, she found refuge at a World Vision Child Soldier Rehabilitation Centre in Uganda.
It was 2009 when
Levi McGrath met Grace , while he and his wife Megan spent six life-changing months working with former child soldiers in Uganda through World Vision. This had a great impact on Levi's life and influenced his music, and the songs he'll be performing are about his time working at the Child Solder Rehab Centre. Combined with Grace's powerful story, it makes for a great night of true stories about survival and recovery.
