The great outdoors
There is no better time to have fun than in summer and what better way to enjoy the warm weather than by playing a sport that you enjoy. Question is, which sport do you feel like playing today? In the tennis season, you become hooked to watching the tennis on TV. Then you have squash, which is similar to tennis but played indoors and against walls. Along with all this comes racquetball which is pretty much the same as squash, but the ball is a hollow rubber ball.

World Padel Club

They say that when you have an idea and start thinking of possible ways to make this idea become feasible, there is someone else in the world thinking of the same idea. In this case, someone somewhere in this world thought of an idea and combined all three sports and came up with padel. Without the need of an elaborate explanation, it actually combines all three of the above mentioned sports into one. So you can have even more fun and the best part of it all is that it is right here in Sydney's Entertainment Quarter (formerly known as Fox Studios).

The Court

The Club

Set up in an outdoor area of the Entertainment Quarter, this club entices people of all ages to have a hit. My first observation was, what is the noise all about? At first, I thought it was a tennis court but noticed that the court was strangely a tiny bit smaller than your average size, that is when I saw the sign. It really brings the attention and creates an atmosphere of fun, laughter and food. You cannot ask for more really, not in today's world where kids are glued to their phones or computer games.
