Once again, and in the spirit of the community event, Government House will be open to the public and they will offer guided tours between 11.30 am and 2.30 pm on the day.

Government House and its gardens are a Perth icon, and here is your chance to not only attend an event with food but also to tour Government House and see the exquisite gardens right in the heart of the City of Perth.
Government House is the official residence of the Governor of Western Australia and is situated in the central business district of Perth. The buildings and gardens of Government House are heritage listed and well worth a visit to see the lavish rooms and beautifully manicured gardens.
THE FOOD FAIR This food fair gets bigger each year, as more people get to know about it!
The World of Food Festival has now turned into a key cultural Perth event and there will be an abundance of gourmet International food stalls on offer again this year - food from many corners of the globe will be well worth a try!
This year the countries being represented are Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, China, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mauritius, Nepal, Norway, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, The Netherlands, and Vietnam.

The weather should be perfect, as it was last year, on a beautiful day on the lawns of Government House, and what a relaxing way to spend an afternoon with the family!

For the children, they will have free face painting, as well as an animal petting zoo where kids can get up close and personal with a number of animals! The entertainment for the children is also free.
