It is time to quit. You know who you are. All those guilty people in the world lighting up a cigarette, while feeling socially disreputable as second-hand smoke blows the way of non-smokers nearby.

World No Smoking Day May 31st 2012


More and more and every day, smokers are coming up against signs of "no-smoking" in public spaces and outside of buildings, restaurants, cafes, have all become havens for non-smokers.

Now is your best to chance to suffer along with the rest of the world as the annual No Smoker Day approaches on the 31st of this month of May. Even if you stop smoking for one whole day, it is an achievement and could help to lower those nasty greenhouse gas emissions everybody seems to be worried about.

Yet, smoking is an individual choice, and people have every right to choose what they put into their bodies and thus the consequences. For all those non-smokers out there, take advice from O&M India and "be kind to smokers".

Smoking is Deadly


The effects are devastating. Long-term smokers have an unhealthy chance of getting cancer.

The smell, the dryness, the addiction, the nervous bite of the lip to excuse one-self for a cigarette as healthy non-smokers congregate among themselves.
