An adventure-packed family day

Attention fair maidens and noble gentlemen. You are invited to cheer on your very own Victorian knight as he defends his world title at the World Jousting Championship in Lardner Park, Warragul!

Held over two adventure-filled days (June 1 & 2), the World Jousting Championship is a fully immersive, family-friendly medieval event!

Discover a historical medieval village, be awed by full flight birds of prey, witness exciting Viking battles and a knightly foot tournament, plus thrilling archery and trebuchet demonstrations and even a Shakespearean tavern!

Plus Ballarat local Phillip Leitch, who is current world champion, is set to compete against highly skilled jousters from as far away as the Netherlands, Norway and Russia, as well as two incredible fellow knights from Queensland and Victoria. Don't miss the chance to experience the thrills and spills that make jousting the original extreme sport!

All event attractions are included in your ticket price, making this an affordable, fun-filled family day out in Victoria.

World Jousting Championship is proudly presented by the Victorian Government, La Trobe Valley Authority and Baw Baw Council.
