World Hot Sauce Day takes place on 22nd January and to celebrate, Oriental Tea House is teaming up with Melbourne Hot Sauce Company to create a feast that will challenge heat fiends. For $65, you will get a six-course dinner matched with a variety of hot sauces. Dishes include roast duck spring rolls with hop smoked jalapeño, China fried chicken ribs with habanero and mango, and Wagyu beef dumplings with Bhut Jolokia.
