Working Hearts and Hands, a Melbourne based organisation, was founded in 2012 by four friends. The premise behind Working Hearts and Hands was to give back to the community - but not in the traditional way of product fundraising. Instead, the group decided to place their efforts into hosting events, which bring the community together and raise much needed funds for various charities. And with Christmas just around the corner, Working Hearts and Hands present their very first major fundraiser - a Christmas Charity Ball.
The inaugural Charity Ball will be held at The Centre Ivanhoe on Saturday, 1st December 2012 and all proceeds will be donated to Guide Dogs Victoria.
All are invited to attend this very special event.
Live entertainment will be provided by the Baker Boys, one of Australia's favourite party bands, plus there will be door prizes and giveaways and a silent auction, featuring exclusive products and experiences - for example a 18-hole round of golf at the prestigious Kingston Heath Golf Club with a PGA professional, a Melbourne Football Club jumper signed by the whole team and a European imported suit, shirt and tie outfit from Opal Menswear valued at $1,000.
Guests will be served canapés and pre-dinner drinks, in addition to a three course meal, as well as unlimited soft drinks, beer wine and champagne.
This fantastic event is a great opportunity for all - so get your family, friends and work colleagues together on Saturday, 1st December 2012 and celebrate the forthcoming Christmas season with Working Hearts and Hands.
