It's a fact - exercise is good for your health. We've heard and read about it so many times. But aside from this, moms also like to look and feel good about ourselves. The problem is, with children and housework and part time jobs, we always do not have time to exercise. Or so we think.
Well, here's a good news for busy moms like me. We can exercise in our own home any time that suits us. So, gone will be the excuse of not going to the gym or aerobics because no one's looking after the kids, or the excuse of aerobics timings not feasible in our busy schedule. The videos on YouTube only last 15 to 30 minutes.
I first started with a 20 minute long Burn Fat Fast: Cardio Work Out. It's a light exercise with lots of simple dance moves. It's fun and very easy to follow.
But I've now progressed to a Bootcamp Calorie Burn Work Out. It's a 30 minute exercise including a good warm up and cool down process. Each new move is gradually introduced and you always go back from the beginning so you easily get used to the routine and do not feel so uncoordinated.
So, when you think you do not have a lot of time to spare for your well-being, try these workout videos in YouTube. It's worth your time.
Thanks for sharing Miyan. I found working out with a group was fun and motivating, hence, the reason I joined a gym. As a housewife, when I could not go to the gym during school breaks, this TV exercise is so very helpful and refreshing. I must have burnt enough for me to have perspired in this cold weather.
