The fourth annual Word for Word Festival will take place in Geelong from 17 to 19 November, 2017. It's Australia's only literary festival to showcase non-fiction literature, writing and ideas.

There's a session for everyone - topics explored include history, health, love and grief, economics and politics, art and food, sport, technology and much more.

Some of authors and journalists, poets and playwrights attending include Peter FitzSimons, Angela Savage, John Safran, Anna Broinowski, Tracy Spicer, Julian Burnside, Alice Pung, Benjamin Law, Ann Peacock, Tim Flannery, Jelena Dokic and Geelong's own Darryn Lyons.
