Small worlds and mystical creatures collide in art
Small sculptures by some of Australia's leading artists are on show in The Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize. 45 finalists were selected from a record 587 entries from emerging and established artists.

The small sculptures are 80 cm in any dimension and use a vast variety of materials. Artists include: Linda Brescia, Micaldo Combriani, Merran Esson, Neil Evans, Leah Fraser, Natalie Guy, Titania Henderson, Camie Lyons, Simon McGrath, Mee-Sun Park, Nicky Parras, Kirsteen Pieterse, Liz Shreeve, Melissa Smith, Natalie Thomas and Craig Waddell.

On Saturday 18 October many of the finalists will talk about their work in conversation with Professor Ian Howard from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

There are lots of free workshops for families including crochet with waste, paper folding, make an LED tea light sculpture or a soft environmental sculpture.

Entry is free and the exhibition is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekends.
