Dog Friendly & Family Day At Whiteman Park
It is great to know you can take your dog on outings so he or she can continue to enjoy your company while doing things together. Dogs have become so much a part of our lives that leaving them at home is no longer an option or a need.
On Sunday 10th March 2019, in conjunction with Made-It Markets, WOOF at Whiteman 2019, a dog-friendly event is being held with lots of stalls loaded with goodies for our best friend. Plus, there will be plenty of meet and greet as our four-legged furry friends get newly acquainted with other fur friends.
WOOF and Made-it Markets is being held at Whiteman Park, Lot 99a Lord Street, Whiteman. The park is a short drive of about 18 kilometres in a north-east direction from Perth CBD. During the day you can enjoy numerous food trucks and beverage vendors along with live music and kid's entertainment.
While at Whiteman Park, take a stroll through the natural bushland and reconnect with the native flora and fauna attractions. The park is full of surprises for all the family with a playground area, homes to the Motor Museum of WA, Tractor Museum of WA, Bus Preservation Society of WA, Western Australian Light Railways Preservation Association and Perth Electric Tramway Society.
WOOF at Whiteman Park event is free, so there is no reason not to bring the whole family out for a day's entertainment and lunch. Entry to the event is off Lord Street or Beechboro Road, Whiteman. The day commences at 10.00am.
Other dates this year are 26th May, 25th August and 3rd November 2019.
