Explore a wide range of original Christmas gift ideas

The Woodturners Society of Queensland is proudly hosting their 75th Woodturning Sales & Exhibition at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Auditorium this December!

Held over two exciting days (14 and 15 December), this FREE event features a wide range of original wood turned items, toys, pyrography and associated crafts at competitive prices.

Handmade by the passionate society members, the showcase includes bowls, platters and dishes of various sizes, as well as one of a kind vases, kitchen items, pens, ornaments and delightful wooden toys.

This is a unique opportunity to purchase thoughtful Christmas gifts for friends and family and meet the friendly makers.

There will also be morning and afternoon teas and light lunches are available for purchase.

The Woodturning Sales & Exhibition event will be open for 9am to 4pm daily and all are welcome to come along. Entry is FREE.

To assist the effort to reduce the use of plastic bags, please bring your own shopping bag to the exhibition. Reusable plastic bags will be available for a small donation.

The Woodturners Society of Queensland is a non-profit incorporated association dedicated to the promotion, development and practice of woodturning.
