It's time for the girls to wear their best Alice bands and the boys to show off their favourite Mad Hats. Take the kids to visit Alice's Wonderland without leaving Brisbane.

Enter a world of magic and splendour at C&K Rosalie Community Kindergarten's Wonderland in the Village Fete on Sunday 22nd June.

You would have to be half mad to dream up this fun day out for the young and young at heart.

It won't matter much which way you go at Wonderland in the Village, here it's always tea time and absolutely nothing is impossible.

The kids will thrill to see such memorable characters such as the Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat and White Rabbit as they join with Alice to fill the fete with fun and nonsense - although watch out for the Queen of Hearts and her playing cards roaming Nash Street too.

[ADVERT]MC for the day, King of the Kids children's entertainer Tim Jackman will be roaming the fete and introducing you to such fun acts as Jelly Kids, Dansing and the Rosalie Kindy Kids. Be entertained by these fantastic performers while the whole family enjoys rides, police cars, fire engines, cakes and coffee, a BBQ and many other stalls.

The never ending fun will leave guests questioning, "Have I gone mad? I'm afraid so, but let me tell you something, the best people usually are."

This fantastic Wonderland fun day Fete will be held throughout the grounds of the C&K Rosalie Kindy from 9am to 1pm and will spill onto Nash Street between Elizabeth and Beck Street.

Kindy Director, Leah Saul recalls the history of the Fete. "At C&K Rosalie Kindergarten, we have a history of coming together as a community to support our kindergarten. The first fundraising effort was a street fair in 1933, which ran for two months in Roma Street, to raise funds for the kindergarten as we know it today. We continue this tradition to raise funds for the betterment of the kindergarten, and the benefit of the children and families, and it is also a time for us to re-connect with past families and children, who continue to support the fair each year. Most importantly, we value, and appreciate the way that we are supported by kindergarten families and the wider community.

"This year beginning what is hoped to be a long association, Position Property Real Estate has taken up the opportunity to be the major Fete sponsor for 2014. As one of Brisbane's leading independent Real Estate companies and with its office located on Given Tce, Paddington, Position Property is well known to the Rosalie community. Owner/Director Richard Lawrence says, "This is one of those events that families look forward to every year and as a member of the Paddington community, Position Property is delighted to sponsor this year's C&K Rosalie Community Fete."

Four year old Eva Mail tells us her favourite bit of Alice in Wonderland is when Alice falls down the hole and sees all kinds of things on the way down, "like inside a house". It's the food at the fete she is most excited about though. "There will be yummy things."

Don't miss out on taking the family to this wonderful Wonderland in the Village day out.
