Thorough lifestyle changes
Woman's World magazine is usually found in the cashier section for $2.49. Woman's World always covers a major diet and splashes diet all over the front cover. Then, with whatever room is left, more lifestyles changes follow with a few recipes.
For example, I bought the September 7, 2020 issue which highlights "Carb Lovers Thyroid Cure", followed by remedies for brain fog, tiredness, thinning hair and clutter. Recipes are Labor Day cookout ideas and 5-ingredient decadents, with a mouth-watering photo.
Once you open, there is even more. From fill your week with smiles to love & laughter in the Enjoy section, to stylish with a dash of southwest in the Look Good section to a deaf kitten and good things in the Be Inspired section to focused ways to glass bottles in the Feel Great section to organize your fridge and save money in the Save Big section.
At the end of every issue, there is a 5-minute romance and horoscope section.
Since All You magazine shut down, Woman's World has become my favorite magazine. The diets may seem ridiculous, but you never know… one diet just may be a miracle.
This magazine is easy to read and full of detail.
I would suggest this magazine to any overweight or obese woman and any stressed woman.
I usually get this magazine from the library, so as to not spend so much money.
