WOLFDEN community spirit at Christmas markets
The Wolfden Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, based in Campbelltown, NSW was created on the value of the community, creative freedom and self-development. Their training programmes are built around specific requirements for their members and abilities. Each person has a different story or circumstance, so the academy takes this into account when preparing programmes for members even giving training lessons, which can be done at home, in the park, in gyms or at the beach.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on ground fighting, grappling and submission holds focusing on the skill of taking the opponent to the ground and gaining a dominant position. The art was developed around the 1920s by Brazilian brothers Carlos, Oswaldo, Gastao Jr, George and Heilo Gracie after Carlos was taught a tradition Kodokan Judo by a travelling Japanese Judoka. The brothers worked together to develop their own self-defence system.
The Wolfden Academy is hosting the WOLFDEN Christmas Markets on Saturday 28th November 2020. Commencing at 5.00pm and concluding at 8.00pm, these markets will be held at their premises at 1 Mount Erin Road, Campbeltown.
